1. Please link the armory page of the toon(s) you are applying with.
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-shee ... %B3hnrambo

2. When do you usually play? (Days of the week and Server Time)
Usually every night between 5-6ish PM EST until around 11 EST. Weekends are about a 50/50 chance I am playing

3. How did you hear about SYNERGY, and do you know any current members?
Saw guild recruitment post on the Eitrigg forums. Not very familiar with anyone to be honest.

4. Why are you interested in joining SYNERGY?
Looking for a BC Type progression guild. I am sick of joining guilds with promise of progression only to find out that half the members don't show up and the ones that do are expecting loot on their first night. I am an old DKP player since pre BC and believe attendance yields loot as well as progress. I am also looking for a tight knit group of people that I can play with for awhile.

5. Please list the guilds you have been a member of (including current, if applicable), and your experience in those guilds.
Cross of Vengeance - Downed all BC content except Sunwell (this was when raiding slowed down for everyone)
Was also Class leader for the Paladins as well as Officer and Guild treasurer.

Geared for War - Was with them after the merge after our Guild leader Feo stepped down, did not like raiding with them because they were a revolving door guild.

(Faction Changed to Horde)ShadowBain - Whatever we can raid really, the core isn't there and the leadership favors officers over dedication to the guild itself.

6. How does SYNERGY's Mission Statement reflect your preferred style of play?
SYNERGY: n. The interaction of two or more agents or forces so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects.
This stands out the most to me, this is what I believe. I think that as long as there is a tight knit group of individuals (the core) things fall in place and shit gets accomplished. In COV this is why we were so successful, we had the same people showing up night after night, week after week even though we were attempting the same bosses over and over because we all believed in progress as a whole, there was no loot whoring, no bitching, just positive attitude of a bunch of people who wanted to succeed.

7. Please describe what you perceive to be your main's role in endgame content including your gear choices, talent build, enchants, and gemming choices. (There is no right or wrong answer, please put some thought behind your responses)
Let me start by saying I have 5 level 80's and can play any of them quite good (I think anyways haha)

My main is Rambo, his tank spec reflects highly upon Stamina stacking of course with avoidance being secondary. As you can tell i've gemmed heavily for stamina and picked up other stats where I can. His gear still needs a bit of work as its mostly only 232/245 but I really haven't had a chance to hit any high level stuff. around 4970 GS

Rambo also has a holy spec which is on par with his tanking spec. I used this spec all through pre BC and BC and have only switched to tanking since coming to WOTLK. I believe I am an excellent healer, I have always had the mindset of a healer, I just enjoy keeping people alive. Rambo's healing spec is almost entirely focused on INT stacking. I can drop 26k crit heals all day long with how I have him set up. This is not to say that his spellpower is not up to snuff either. About 28k Mana unbuffed sitting at about 4900 GS.

Ret - LOL nothanks

I also have @ level 80:
DK - 4400 GS - DPS
Shaman - 4400 GS - RESTO
Mage - 4200 GS - Arcane

8. Please tell us more about yourself (Age, hobbies, real life job, etc.)! The aspect we care most about is the person playing the toon.

I am a 23 year old living in Ontario currently. I work for a large mining corporation as an IS/IT Infrastructure Specialist specializing in LAN/WAN technologies but carry an indepth knowledge of many emerging trends (such as virtualization, vpn technologies and voip to name a few. I enjoy working out in my spare time, I hit the gym roughly 5-6 times a week and do strong man competitions for fun. I enjoy reading or riding my motorcycle and of course playin wow. I am on the road quite a bit with my job, I travel 1-2 weeks out of every month generally but can make 80% raid attendance. Umm really that's about it for me.. if you wanna know anything else just ask!

Ach, another Canadian.

My only real question is what are you using to benchmark your GS (I can only assume that means gear score)

If you're going by a wowheroes standard, I think your values are out of whack.

Also, while I'm here... how come you have no enchants on either your shield or sword? o.O

Perfectly good questions!

I am using the GS addon, I have never really used wowheroes to be perfectly honest.

As for the enchants, I haven't been playing my paladin as much lately, just random heroics as needed for my badges. I have been focusing my time on getting some gear for my other guys as well as leveling my priest alt since there hasn't been much raiding going on lately.

The mats are sitting on my character just waiting to be applied when I got around to remembering.

Ah kk, check out wowheroes if you want a more accurate number, if we where going by the standard on wowheroes, all your gear would be ICC heroic if you where running around with a 4500 GS lol.

We're not big oh you need this GS people in the guild, and I believe I speak for everyone (well the people that matter :P ) when I say that.

Best of luck on your app, and if you ever need a random healer, be sure to look me up.

P.s.- Please don't be worried about my "ugh another canadian" comment, we have a good healthy bunch of you guys in the guild :P
